• Prerequisites for Exchanges and Returns

    1. Only exchanges will be accepted:

     

    1.1 Exchanges or returns will be made within the time limits established by the Consumer Protection Code;

    1.2 The product must be complete, with the original packaging, instruction manuals, guarantee certificates, and show no signs of misuse, damage due to poor installation or improper handling.

    1.3 The product must be accompanied by an invoice and/or sales order/receipt. Note: For purchases made on our website, exchanges or returns will be accepted within 7 days of receipt of the product (in accordance with the terms set out in item 1.2).

     

    2. The following will not be accepted

     

    2.1 Products that have been used (except for cases of non-visible technical manufacturing defect or vice, ascertained after use. In these cases, the product's Technical Service must be contacted).

    2.2 Products that are missing accessories, have been damaged by accidents of any kind or have come into contact with products, liquids or chemicals that could cause damage;

    Shipping:

    The customer chooses the logistics company to make the return and the cost of freight and additional expenses is entirely at the customer's expense.

    Once the shipment has been made, the customer must contact Ortovet in order to arrange a refund or return the product if we approve it.

    General rules

    a. Any fraud and/or abuse by you (as determined by the Promoter in its sole discretion) will result in the loss of your eligibility for this Buyer Protection and/or rights under these Official Rules.

    b. Ortovet is not responsible for any late, lost, delayed, incomplete, illegible, misplaced or undeliverable entries, responses or other correspondence, whether by email or otherwise.

    c. Refunds will only be made once the product has been returned to Ortovet.

    d. In the case of purchases made by credit card, the deadlines for refunding the amounts depend exclusively on the credit card company and may occur up to 2 (two) invoices later.

    e. In the case of purchases made via Pix or Boleto, the amount will be refunded after contacting us to inform us of the account into which we should deposit the refunded amount.
